Generating every colourway from one photograph
Name the colour, or show it. A name is a range and a photograph of a swatch is a value.

- 01
Shoot the piece once
Any colourway you actually hold. That set becomes the anchor for the rest, which is why the variants share a model and a room.
- 02
Name the colour for a range
Typing a colour lands somewhere inside what that name covers, which is wider than most people expect. Fine for a seasonal shade, risky for a house colour.
- 03
Show the swatch when it matters
Upload a photograph of the cloth. A photograph carries a value rather than a range, which is what you need when a customer will compare the listing against the fabric.
- 04
Check the print
On a printed piece the motif and its layout are preserved while the palette shifts. Look at the motif scale in the first variant before running the other seven.
- 05
Keep them together
Generate the colourways from the finished set rather than from scratch, so they sit together on the listing instead of looking like separate shoots.
