Group by look, not by alphabet
A batch shares one casting, one location and one resolution. Group the pieces that should look alike, and run a second batch for the ones that should not.

Up to forty at a time
Larger catalogues queue as further batches. Concurrency comes from your plan, so a bigger plan runs more at once rather than differently.

Credits are checked up front
The whole batch is priced and debited before it starts, so it cannot stop two thirds of the way through a drop because the balance ran out.

Interruptions resume
Unfinished work picks up rather than stranding credits already spent, and a failed generation is refunded to the ledger rather than written off.

Do the best sellers first
Most catalogues are done in passes. Photograph what earns first, then the tail, rather than trying to do four hundred pieces in one sitting.
